Systemic Constellation work is a powerful way of bringing to light what moves beneath the surface of our lives. Every aspect of life — family, relationships, work, health, or creativity — is part of a larger system, and each system seeks balance and belonging. When one part is excluded or burdened with something it cannot carry, tension arises. The constellation allows these hidden dynamics to become visible so that movement, understanding, and healing can occur naturally. In a constellation, we create a living representation of your inner or outer system. This can be done in a group, with participants representing elements of your situation, or in an individual session using symbols, floor markers, or intuitive sensing. What unfolds is often surprising: unspoken loyalties, unconscious identifications, or systemic entanglements gently come to light. As we witness what truly is — without judgment or trying to fix — the system begins to reorganize itself. Love and life can start to flow again where they were once blocked. I approach this work with deep respect for the mystery of human experience. My background in Gestalt therapy, somatic practices, and trauma-informed counselling (inspired by the teachings of Dr Gabor Maté) allows me to hold space in a way that is both grounded and intuitive. Each session is guided by what reveals itself in the moment — sometimes through movement, sometimes through silence, always through presence. Constellation work is not about analyzing or solving problems from the mind. It is an invitation to feel and see from a wider perspective — to recognize how life moves through you, and how certain patterns are not personal, but part of a larger field. This awareness brings compassion and often immediate shifts in how you relate to yourself and others. People come to this work for many reasons: to understand relationship patterns, to find clarity in career or creative direction, to release inherited burdens, to make peace with family, or to reconnect with a deeper sense of belonging. The process can be profound, yet it unfolds gently, at the pace your system is ready to move. As facilitator, I simply support you in meeting what is ready to be seen. When all parts of the system are acknowledged, something inside relaxes — and what once felt heavy can transform into insight, gratitude, and freedom. Systemic Constellations offer a doorway into a deeper order — one that has always been present beneath the noise of everyday life.
